Fundraisers

Why raise funds for our group?

Well, to keep your membership costs to a minimum while gaining the most benefit, of course! Any money that we collectively raise, along with your membership fee, already goes toward parties and meeting childcare needs. But it would also be great for Living Water to pay for the building usage fee that we're charged for the use of our Enrichment classes, to help out with the expense of some field trips, and help out with paying for expenses incurred by members planning special events…just to name a few. So why not HELP US HELP YOU and shop through our site, cut box tops from items you already purchase, and help out the community in the process! And if you have any other fundraising ideas or would be willing to champion future fundraising initiatives please share them with our Leadership!

Living Water is an affiliate partner with approximately 90 online merchants. Simply launch to any of their websites by clicking on the links provided on our MarketPlace page and any financial transaction you complete on those sites will result in a referral or commission fee (anywhere from 1%-50%) to Living Water Home Educators! There is no cost to you whatsoever!!!

Why must visitors launch to the online merchant websites from the Living Water MarketPlace page in order for Living Water to get a commission?

The online merchant links on the Living Water MarketPlace page has special code embedded in it that identifies Living Water as the source of that particular sale. That's how they know to track the financial information and link it to the Living Water affiliate account! So it's very important to start at the Living Water MarketPlace page to click on the online merchant of your choice. You will automatically be directed to the online merchant's website with Living Water's affiliate code already embedded in the website URL address so proper credit will be given. If for some reason you forget to start at Living Water's MarketPlace page and beginning adding items to your shopping cart on the online merchant's website, you must empty the cart, close the window and begin by going to Living Water's MarketPlace page in order for Living Water to get the proper credit.

What about privacy?

Your privacy is completely protected by doing your online shopping this way! We never know your name or what purchases you made...Living Water simply receives a check from the online merchant on a monthly or quarterly basis based on total transaction amounts! For those members who have been hard pressed to, for one reason or another, to volunteer their time and skill sets to the group at this time...here is the opportunity to contribute support to the group without exerting any time or effort! Tell your family and friends about our MarketPlace page, too, and have them help with our fundraising efforts without them having to buy cookies, candy or magazines! Mission Statement

Living Water Home Educators is composed of homeschool families in Burlington County, NJ and surrounding areas who come together to support one another. Each family that homeschools is an independent, private school that has the freedom to install the beliefs and values that we, the parents, feel are most important to our children. Since this group is not affiliated with any one particular church, we feel it is important for you to know where the leadership of this group stands so that you can feel comfortable participating in the activities and events we offer.
