Welcome to Living Water Home Educators

Registration Procedures

Please read this page COMPLETELY as registration procedures have changed.

Registration Payment:

  • Only paid members may register for Living Water Enrichment classes. We will be meeting at Shawnee Baptist Church, there is a $110 per family co-op fee for the Spring 2025 session that must be paid at the time of your registration or your class choices may be removed.

Class Fees:

  • Some classes have fees. Please check the class description to see if a fee applies. Fees are due on the first day of class and may be made via the teacher's PayPal account or cash.  Do not ignore class fees. Please pay class fees promptly.

Refunds:

  • If after registration, you decide not to attend co-op, we give a 2 week window to contact leadership for a full co-op refund.

Registration Difficulties:

  • Many people access the site on registration days and the class grid may take additional time to load. If you experience registration difficulties, please contact Dana Ingram  at [email protected]. Like you, Living Water administrators are busy parents, so it may take a bit of time to receive a response. Rest assured that leaders will do their best to answer your questions and help resolve problems in a timely manner.

Year Long Classes:

  • Students in year long class (typically high school students) may need to re-register for the second semester. Additional class fees for the second semester may apply.

Registration Information:

  • The registration system breaks classes down by grade rather than by age. Please adhere to the grade level designations. Teachers have the right to refuse a child from their class if he or she does not meet the age requirement or if he or she does not meet class requirements.
  • Several classes appear on multiple grids since the grades span two grids.  READ the description to determine which class you can accept your student.  The class you are not supposed to enter your student in will not have boxes for you to check.
  • Some high school classes will accept 8th grade students.  If you are interested in such, please email teacher for verification.  Please note that high school students will be given first choice of high school classes. Please note that high school classes continue to meet after the elementary class sessions end.
